Will therapy really help me?

That depends on your commitment to the process. Therapy isn’t a linear or easy process, but if you can commit to the process it opens the door for change to happen.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours is the standard and required notice to cancel or change any appointment. If you do not cancel or change in the 24 hour window, the full session’s fee will be charged to your account.

What if we aren’t a good fit for each other?

To get the best out of therapy, you need to feel comfortable with your therapist. I suggest giving it a few sessions to see if a relationship can be built. If not, every therapist isn’t meant for every client and THAT IS OK! If at any time you aren’t happy with services, I would be more than willing to give you resources to explore for another therapist.

What will the first session be like?

                                                                   The first session will be structured for us to get to know each other, paperwork, and set goals.
